What StAgents is

StAgents is a free property alert service for St Andrews rentals. We automatically monitor letting agents and property websites and send you email alerts when new listings appear.

Best endeavours, not a guarantee

We work hard to catch every listing, but we can’t guarantee we will. Letting agents change their websites, emails get delayed, and our little “bots” occasionally miss things. You should check letting agent websites alongside using our alerts.

Email delivery

We can’t guarantee every alert email will reach your inbox. Emails can be delayed or filtered as spam by your email provider — that’s outside our control. If you haven’t heard from us in a while, it’s worth checking your spam folder.

No liability

If you miss a property because an alert wasn’t sent or didn’t arrive, we’re sorry — but we can’t be held responsible. This is a free service provided on a best-endeavours basis.

Your data

We hold your email address solely to send you property alerts & the occasional administrative one. We don’t share it with anyone. We use an email system called Sender.net to store your email address and to send alert emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. We don’t hold any other data about you, only the email address you signed up with.

Changes to the service

We may change, pause, or stop the service at any time without notice.
